Reservations

The restaurant serves lunch between 12:00 and 14:00 and dinner between 18:30 and 22:00, seven days a week.

The diary for our main dining area will operates on a 90 day rolling basis. If your request is outside the 90 days, we are happy to help you set a reminder to plan your ideal dining date.

You will be able to make bookings for up to a maximum of 6 guests.

Phone lines are open for reservation enquiries from 08:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday and from 09:00 to 19:00 on weekends.

Credit or debit card details are required to make a reservation. A table cannot be held without them.

If you are booking online a member of our Reservations team will be in touch following your booking to obtain credit or debit card details to secure your reservation. Should we not be able to contact you via the telephone number provided, your table may be released.

We will reconfirm your reservation by text message 72 hours prior to arrival. You will have the option to either reply to confirm or call to cancel. If you have not confirmed your reservation 24 hours before booking, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and resell the table.

Private dining

Experience Fera at Claridge’s almost as nature intended: choose to dine privately in a beautiful space for up to 12 people.

Reservations can be made 90 days in advance.


Waiting list

If your preferred date is unavailable, please click here to add your details to our waiting list and we will make sure to contact you if a table becomes free. Unfortunately, we cannot honour any requests outside the 90-day booking period.


Child policy

We welcome young families to the restaurant, but please note that in the interests of the safety and comfort of all our guests, we are unable to accommodate prams, buggies and carry cots in the dining room, and due to space restrictions do not provide high chairs. Simon and the team will, where possible, adapt the menu to the child’s requirements.
